Private gorilla trekking tours?

Direct answer

Private gorilla tours mean your own 4×4, driver-guide, and flexible dates around your UWA permit — typically ,800–,500 per person for a 3–4 day Bwindi circuit mid-range, or ,500–,000 luxury. On trek day you are assigned to a group of maximum eight visitors sharing one gorilla family; you cannot book a private gorilla family unless purchasing all eight permits (,400 at 0 each).

Overview

Uganda combines mountain gorilla trekking, classic savannah game viewing, chimpanzee tracking, birding, and cultural experiences in a compact circuit.
