8-Day Classic Namibia Safari

Namibia · Dunes & wildlife

Tour overview

The 8-day Classic Namibia Safari is the country's most popular self-drive and guided circuit: Sossusvlei's red dunes, the Atlantic coast at Swakopmund, Damaraland's desert elephants and UNESCO rock art, and Etosha's legendary waterholes. It captures Namibia's extraordinary contrast — desert, coast, semi-desert mountains and savannah — in one week plus a travel day.

Road distances are significant (gravel sections require careful driving), but the scenery rewards every hour: granite kopjes, misty coast, petrified forests and the blinding white expanse of the Etosha Pan.
