Is yellow fever required for Tanzania?

Direct answer

Only if you arrive from or transit 12+ hours through a yellow-fever-endemic country—Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, and most of West/Central Africa are on Tanzania's mandatory list. Direct flights from the USA, UK, or Europe require no certificate. Vaccination must be given at least 10 days before entry and recorded on an ICVP (yellow card).
