Are park fees fixed?

Direct answer

Yes—Uganda Wildlife Authority sets park entry fees in USD and revises them periodically (typically every 1–2 years), not by operator negotiation. Foreign non-residents pay /day at Queen Elizabeth, Kidepo, and Lake Mburo; /day at Murchison Falls; at Kibale Forest; gorilla permits are a separate fixed 0 (0 in April, May, and November). Operators cannot discount official UWA tariffs.
